Responsibilities

Help define, understand, and compute the metrics that identify job seekers facing barriers
Assess job seeker facing barrier behaviors and outcomes on Indeed
Develop and direct the strategy to measure hires of job seeker facing barriers across Indeed
Identify opportunity sizes and help define priorities for the Social Impact team’s product focus by measuring potential impact upfront.
Build a strategy and metrics to understand the impact of our social impact experiments on the outcomes of job seekers facing barriers
Serve as the team’s in-house authority for experiment analysis and interpretation
Work closely with Social Impact & Indeed product teams to test hypotheses based on data insights

Skills/Competencies

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience coding in Python, Pandas, SQL, R, or another advanced data programming language
Have full stack experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productization, and monitoring of data science products
Familiar with A/B testing, experimental design, and qualitative methods
Experience in identifying and evaluating opportunities, as well as identifying their scope, size, and priority.
Proactively addressing ambiguity with a bias to action
Aptitude to write and explain results and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Can connect and build bridges to influence other teams
